Søndagsavisen a-s' sale of Norsk Avisdrift has been approved and a partnership
has been established with Travelmarket ApS 

Søndagsavisen a-s has received final approval from the Norwegian competition
authorities on the sale of Norsk Avisdrift AS. The approval has been given
unconditionally. 

The transaction is thus completed as previously announced in company
announcement no. 11-08 of 28 June 2008. The completion of the transaction takes
effect as from 23 October 2008. 

The completion of the transaction was expected, and the expected profit from
the sale is included in the previously announced profit expectations. The
group's expectations for this year's result before tax, including non-recurring
earnings, are thus still DKK 295-315 million, of which DKK 295 million are
non-recurring earnings from the sale of both GISAB and Norsk Avisdrift. 

Furthermore, we can inform you that in connection with the further development
of Søndagsavisen's online activities, an agreement has been concluded with
Travelmarket ApS for the establishment and operation of a travelling site for
Søndagsavisen. The agreement has no effect on the results for 2008. The
chairman of the Board of Directors and the main shareholder of Søndagsavisen
a-s, Richard Bunck, is also the main shareholder of Travelmarket ApS.
