Hans Henrik Lund leaving Søndagsavisen a-s after successful restructuring of
the media activities 

Hans Henrik Lund, Group Manager of the media activities and member of the
Executive Board, is leaving Søndagsavisen a-s on 1 August 2009. 

”Hans Henrik Lund has restructured and revitalised our media activities. He has
secured the Group the right product platform, a strongly reduced and
competitive cost structure and, not least, a competent and well-motivated media
organisation, so the task he was given approximately two years ago has been
competently accomplished”, CEO Mads Dahl Andersen says. 

”I have been happy to be able to contribute to the development of the media
activities together with the staff of the media organisation. The media
management that has been established during the past two years is very
competent and can develop the business further. This means that one of my
important goals has been achieved, and it is against that background that I
wish to leave Søndagsavisen a-s”, Hans Henrik Lund says. 

Hans Henrik Lund has been preparing the transfer of managerial responsibility
to the media organisation for some time and will until 1 August ensure a smooth
handing over of the tasks. 

At 1 August, Arne Ullum will join the Executive Board of Søndagsavisen a-s with
responsibility for Søndagsavisen, Søndagsavisen.dk, HR and IT operations. 

The daily management of Kandidathuset, MatchWork, BoligPortal.dk and Helsingør
Dagblad will continue unchanged.
