Søndagsavisen a-s closes deal on purchase of 43% of the shares in Helsingør     
Dagblad A/S from Dansk AvisTryk A/S and expects to discontinue its printing     
activities.                                                                     
                                                                                
According to the shareholders' agreement between Dansk AvisTryk A/S and         
Søndagsavisen a-s, Søndagsavisen a-s has closed a deal on purchase of the       
remaining 43% of the shares in Helsingør Dagblad A/S from Dansk AvisTryk A/S,   
making Søndagsavisen a-s the sole owner of the company.                         

At the same time, it is announced that Helsingør Dagblad A/S expects to         
discontinue its printing activities. This decision is prompted by considerable  
excess capacity in the printing market, which makes printing activities less    
profitable, and the fact that the company would have to make large-scale        
printing investments within the next few years.                                 

The remaining activities of Helsingør Dagblad A/S are the daily Helsingør       
Dagblad and the weekly newspaper Nordsjælland.                                  

These transactions will have no impact on the Group's previously announced      
earnings expectations for 2009.
