Søndagsavisen a-s - capital reduction by cancellation of treasury shares

On the general meeting 3 April 2009 the Company decided to reduce its share
capital by cancellation of treasury shares. As the period for filing claims
that applies at the Danish Commerce and Companies Agency has now expired and no
objections has been filed during that period, it was today decided to effect
the capital reduction in accordance with the authorisation granted by the
general assembly. As a result, the nominal share capital now consists of
20,055,000 shares (DKK 100,275,000). The reduction will become effective from 4
August 2009. 

Share capital before change 22,280,000 shares (DKK 111,400,000)
Change -2,225,000 shares (DKK -11,125,000)
Share capital after change 20,055,000 shares (DKK 100,275,000)
