Søndagsavisen a-s - extraordinary dividend distribution

At the Annual General Meeting of Søndagsavisen a-s held on 3 April 2009, the
General Meeting authorised the Board of Directors to decide on the distribution
of an extraordinary dividend, cf. section 109a of the Danish Companies Act. 

On the basis of the auditors' review of the balance sheet for the relevant
period, the Board of Directors today decided to distribute extraordinary
dividend of DKK 2.50 per share of DKK 5 nominal value, equivalent to a total
dividend of DKK 50.1 million. Today, 14 August 2009, will be the last day for
trading in shares carrying a right to this dividend. Distribution will take
place on 20 August 2009.
