During the past week, Søndagsavisen a-s, in partnership with two other
investors, has been in close dialogue with Posten Norge AS for the purpose of
exploring the possibilities of continuing the activities of Bring Citymail
Denmark A/S under new ownership. 
 
Unfortunately, the parties have been unable to agree on a basis for continuing
the activities of the company.
