Pursuant to the Danish Securities Trading Act section 29 it is annonced that
SmallCap Danmark on 17 November 2009 has increased its ownership in
Søndagsavisen a-s which brings SmallCap Danmark's holding to a total of
1.173.947 shares corresponding to 5,85% of Søndagsavisen a-s' total share
capital.
