Søndagsavisen a-s now expects a positive operating profit for 2009

Thanks to continued progress in the development of print activities,
Søndagsavisen a-s now expects to achieve operating profit (EBIT) on continuing
activities of approx. DKK 15 million for 2009. Previously, EBIT was expected
to be in line with or better than the 2008 operating profit, which was a loss
of DKK 45.2 million. 

Consolidated net profit is expected to be negatively affected by goodwill
write down of approx. DKK 15 million related to online activities due to
negative performance results. At the same time, net profit is positively
impacted by gains on sales of companies of DKK 10 million as reported in the
interim report for 2009.

The Group's annual report for 2009 and earnings expectations for 2010 will be
published on 9 March 2010.
