North Media A/S - extraordinary dividend distribution

As previously reported in the Interim Report 2010/Company announcement no.
10-10 of 4 August 2010 the Board of Directors planned to pay an extraordinary
dividend to the shareholders. 

On the basis of the balance sheet at 30 June 2010, furnished with an unmodified
review report from Deloitte Statsautoriseret Revisionsaktieselskab, the Board
of Directors today decided to distribute an extraordinary dividend of DKK 4.00
per share equivalent to a total dividend of DKK 80.2 million. 

Today, 11 August 2010, will be the last day for trading in shares carrying a
right to this dividend. Distribution will take place on 17 August 2010.
