Company announcement no 04-11



In 2008 when North Media A/S sold 66.7% of the shares in Gratistidningar i
Sverige AB (GISAB), an agreement was made to sell the remaining 33.3% of the
shares at 31 December 2010 with payment falling due after the presentation of
GISAB's financial statements for 2010. 

The sale of 33.3% of the shares in GISAB was effected today, and the final
selling price comes to SEK 255.5 million, or approx DKK 203 million. Today this
amount was settled in cash. The accounting profit on this sale is DKK 175 to
180 million, which is recognised as a profit on the sale of the activities in
2011. 

The profit on the sale of GISAB does not influence the Group's EBIT
expectations for 2011, as EBIT is expected to remain in the range of DKK 120
to150 million. 

The Board of Directors still plans to distribute extraordinary dividend of DKK
12 to 14 per share, or DKK 240 to 280 million. The distribution is planned for
May 2011, provided that a decision to distribute such dividend is made.
