Company announcement no 14-12



Referring to sections 28 and 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act, notice is
given that North Media A/S has today purchased treasury shares to the effect
that the Company now holds a total of 1,410,000 treasury shares, equivalent to
7.03% of the share capital and the voting rights of North Media A/S.
