Income Tax Disclosure [Text Block]	12. Income Taxes We recorded income tax expense of $515,000 for the fiscal 2020 first quarter compared to $1.8 million for the comparable prior year period. The effective tax rates for the fiscal 2020 and 2019 first quarters were 20.6% and 20.5%, respectively. The net unrecognized tax benefits as of May 5, 2019 and February 3, 2019, which, if recognized, would affect our effective tax rate are $39,000 and $38,000, respectively. Tax years ending January 31, 2016 through February 3, 2019 remain subject to examination by federal and state taxing authorities.
