7.         Cloud Computing Hosting Arrangement

We are in the process of implementing a common Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system across all divisions and expect to go-live with this system in our legacy Hooker divisions and Sunset West in the second half of fiscal 2023, with other segments and divisions following thereafter. Based on the provisions of ASU 2018-15, Intangibles — Goodwill and Other — Internal-Use Software, we capitalize implementation costs incurred to develop internal-use software associated with hosting arrangements that are service contracts. These costs are recorded on “Other noncurrent assets” line of our condensed consolidated balance sheets. Amortization expense is expected to commence at system go-live in the second half of fiscal 2023. The capitalized implementation costs at May 1, 2022 and January 30, 2022 were as follows:
