Subsequent Events Dividends On December 5, 2022, our board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.22 per share which will be paid on December 30, 2022 to shareholders of record at December 16, 2022. This represents a 10% increase over the previous quarterly dividend and the seventh consecutive annual dividend increase.
