Subsequent Events [Text Block]	Note 12 – Subsequent Events On February 15, 2013, we entered into a Third Amendment to the Credit Facility (“Third Amendment”) with RBS. The Third Amendment amended the Credit Facility to extend the Maturity Date from February 17, 2013 to May 15, 2013, reduced the maximum amount available to $20,000, and reduced the unused line fee to 0.40% per year. See Note 5 for more information regarding our debt facility.
