Note 4 - Operating Leases

We lease various buildings, machinery, land, automobiles and office equipment. Rental expenses for all operating leases were approximately $1,029 and $1,011 for the years ended December 31, 2013 and 2012, respectively. Future minimum lease payments under non-cancelable operating leases as of December 31, 2013 are as follows:
