Concentration Risk Disclosure [Text Block]	*NOTE 14:* CONCENTRATION OF CREDIT RISK** Financial instruments that potentially subject the Company to a concentration of credit risk consist primarily of deposits of cash and cash equivalents including those deposited in money market deposit accounts. Accounts at each institution that contain specified types of deposits are insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) for up to $250. As of September 30, 2023 and December 31, 2022, the Company had deposits of $93,874 and $110,647, respectively, of cash and cash equivalents in excess of the FDIC insured limit.

The entire disclosure for any concentrations existing at the date of the financial statements that make an entity vulnerable to a reasonably possible, near-term, severe impact. This disclosure informs financial statement users about the general nature of the risk associated with the concentration, and may indicate the percentage of concentration risk as of the balance sheet date.
