New Accounting Pronouncements	12.   NEW ACCOUNTING PRONOUNCEMENTS In December 2011, the Financial Accounting Standards Board issued ASU No. 2011-12 “Deferral of the Effective Date for Amendments to the Presentation of Reclassifications of Items Out of Accumulated Other Comprehensive Income in Accounting Standards Update No. 2011-05”, which temporarily defers the effective date for disclosures related to reclassification adjustments within accumulated other comprehensive income and should continue to report reclassifications out of accumulated other comprehensive income consistent within the presentation requirements in effect before ASU No. 2011-05. The adoption of this accounting standard is not expected to have a material impact on the Company’s financial position and results of operations.
