Nature of Operations	*Nature of Operations* – The Bank is a seventeen branch community-oriented financial institution operating in rural and suburban communities in southwest Washington State and Multnomah and Marion counties of Oregon. The Bank is engaged primarily in the business of attracting deposits from the general public and using such funds, together with other borrowings, to invest in various commercial business, commercial real estate, land, multi-family real estate, real estate construction and consumer loans. Additionally, RAMCorp offers trust and investment services.

The entire disclosure for the nature of an entity's business, major products or services, principal markets including location, and the relative importance of its operations in each business and the basis for the determination, including but not limited to, assets, revenues, or earnings.
