Share-based Compensation, Option and Incentive Plans Policy	*Stock-Based Compensation* – The Company measures compensation cost for all stock-based awards based on the grant-date fair value of the awards and recognizes compensation cost over the service period of stock-based awards. The fair value of stock options is determined using the Black-Scholes valuation model.
