Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

(b) Riverview Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Riverview Community Bank (the “Bank”) announced that, effective February 4, 2022 Kim J. Capeloto will be resigning as Executive Vice President and Chief Banking Officer of the Bank, a position he has held since September 2010. Mr. Capeloto has agreed to provide consulting services for the Bank subsequent to his termination of service with the Bank.
