Subsequent Event	Subsequent Events On July 6, 2017, the Company entered into an agreement to sublease a portion of the space it leases in Rockville, MD. Under the terms of the sublease, which commences August 1, 2017, the Company will receive a total of $2.4 million over the 30 month term. On July 21, 2017, the Company executed a lease amendment for its headquarters building in Rockville, MD. This amendment extends the term of the lease to August 2027, restructures the rent due under the lease, and provides for an additional tenant improvement allowance from the landlord of $7.5 million. Future rent payments under the amended lease will increase by $23.5 million, which is not reflected in the future minimum lease payments table in Note 8.
