In March 2023, the Company entered into a sales agreement (Sales Agreement) with an agent to sell, from time to time, shares of its common stock having an aggregate sales price of up to $100.0 million through an “at the market offering” (ATM Offering) as defined in Rule 415 under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended. No shares were sold under the ATM offering during the six months ended June 30, 2024. During the six months ended June 30, 2023, the Company sold 95,000 shares of common stock at a weighted average price per share of $6.60, resulting in net proceeds of approximately $0.6 million, net of offering expenses.
