SUBSEQUENT EVENT On February 4, 2019, one of our customers, whom entered into a development contract with us in early fiscal 2019, executed a material procurement authorization in the amount of $3.4 million to support production orders for the private-labeled thoracic driver and related accessories, which we expect to ship in calendar 2019.
