Oslo, 12 Aug. 2015: Last day of trading for the shares in REC Solar ASA (the
"Company") is today 12 August 2015. The shares in the Company will be suspended
from trading on Oslo Børs from 13 August 2015 and remain so until the Company
has been dissolved on or about 28 August 2015.
