Pursuant to section 29 of the Danish law on securities trading, Solar A/S hereby announces that RWC Asset Management LLP has informed Solar that RWC Asset Management LLP's holding of Solar B shares now totals 792,100 shares at DKK 100, following its acquisition of shares on 13 January 2017, corresponding to an ownership share of 10.0% and a voting right of 4.9%.
