SP Group's 2007 results were as expected. Revenue increased 5.4% to DKK m
869.7. Earnings were burdened by the close down of the production site in
Sønderborg and the increasing prices of electricity and raw materials. Profit
before tax and minority interests increased to DKKm 21.2. Earnings per share
increased by 18.1% In 2007 we expect a growth in revenue of 3-7% and profit
before tax and minority interests of approximately DKKm 30. 

Today the Supervisory Board of SP Group considered and adopted the Annual
Report 2007 which is attached in its entirety.
