Commitments and Contingencies	11. COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES In March 2015, the Company entered into an agreement with public relations firm. The agreement is for an initial twelve month period, and can be terminated with 30 days written notice. The contract fee is $8,000 per month.
