Major shareholder announcement
In accordance with Section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act, TCM Group has been notified by ATP that ATP has a total shareholding of 1,026,500 shares corresponding to 10.27 % of the share capital and voting rights of TCM Group A/S.
