Initial Public Offering	(3) Initial Public Offering On April 23, 2014, the Company completed its initial public offering, pursuant to which it issued and sold 8,333 shares of common stock at a price to the public of $9.50 per share; included in this offering was the sale of 4,167 shares by affiliates of Seidler Equity Partners III, L.P. The total net proceeds raised by the Company were $70,299 after deducting underwriting discounts and commissions of $5,542 and other offering expenses of $3,326. Total net proceeds were used to make an unscheduled early payment on the term loan (Note 8). In connection with the initial public offering, all of the then-outstanding shares of restricted nonvoting common stock automatically converted into shares of common stock.
