Related Party Transactions	(16) Related-Party Transactions On August 14, 2009, the Company entered into a reimbursement agreement with the majority stockholder of the Company. Under the terms of this agreement, the Company agreed to reimburse the majority stockholder for various out-of-pocket costs and expenses related to the Company up to a maximum of $150 annually. During the fiscal years ended January 31, 2015, February 1, 2014 and February 2, 2013, the Company made payments of $35, $18 and $21, respectively, under this agreement. At January 31, 2015 and February 1, 2014, there were no amounts payable under the terms of this agreement.
