Related Party Transactions	(17) Related-Party Transactions On August 14, 2009, the Company entered into a reimbursement agreement with Seidler Equity Partners III, L.P. Under the terms of this agreement, the Company agreed to reimburse Seidler Equity Partners III, L.P. for various out-of-pocket costs and expenses related to the Company up to a maximum of $150 annually. During the fiscal years ended January 28, 2017, January 30, 2016, and January 31, 2015, the Company made payments of $2,  $12,  and $35, respectively, under this agreement. At January 28, 2017 and January 30, 2016, there were no amounts payable under the terms of this agreement.
