Related Party Transactions	(16) Related-Party Transactions On August 14, 2009, the Company entered into a reimbursement agreement with Seidler Equity Partners III, L.P. Under the terms of this agreement, the Company agreed to reimburse Seidler Equity Partners III, L.P. for various out-of-pocket costs and expenses related to the Company up to a maximum of $150 annually. During the fiscal years ended February 2, 2019, February 3, 2018, and January 28, 2017, the Company made no significant payments to these related parties. At February 2, 2019 and February 3, 2018, there were no amounts payable under the terms of this agreement.
