Recently Issued Accounting Pronouncements	Recently Issued Accounting Pronouncements ​ In December 2019, the Financial Accounting Standards Board (“FASB”) issued Accounting Standards Update (“ASU”) 2019-12, Income Taxes (“Topic 740”)-Simplifying the Accounting for Income Taxes, which removes certain exception to the general principles in Topic 740 and amends existing guidance to improve consistent application. For public entities, ASU 2019-12 is required to be adopted for annual periods beginning after December 15, 2020, including interim periods within those fiscal years. Early adoption is permitted. The Company plans to adopt this ASU on January 31, 2021 Management is currently evaluating the impact of the adoption of this ASU on the Company’s consolidated financial statements and related disclosures.
