Retirement Plan	(17) Retirement Plan The Company sponsors a profit-sharing plan (the “Plan”) for which Company contributions are based upon wages paid. As approved by the Board of Directors (the “Board”), the Company makes discretionary contributions to the Plan at rates determined by management. The Company made contributions of $2,030, $1,706, and $1,343, for the fiscal years ended February 1, 2025, February 3, 2024, and January 28, 2023, respectively.

The entire disclosure for an entity's employee compensation and benefit plans, including, but not limited to, postemployment and postretirement benefit plans, defined benefit pension plans, defined contribution plans, non-qualified and supplemental benefit plans, deferred compensation, share-based compensation, life insurance, severance, health care, unemployment and other benefit plans.
