Like previous years Tivoli holds board meeting on Tivoli’s birthday 15 August
2013. 

 The Supervisory Board of Tivoli A/S has at today’s board meeting considered
and adopted the Interim Report for the period 1 January - 30 June 2013. 

 Results at 30 June 2013 in outline:

  -- Revenue including tenants and lessees: DKK 389.7 million compared to DKK
     389.9 million last year.
  -- Tivoli’s revenue: DKK 250.8 million compared to DKK 242.0 million last
     year.
  -- EBITDA: DKK -19.5 million compared to DKK -19.4 million.
  -- EBIT: DKK -57.3 million compared to DKK -55 million last year.
  -- Profit before tax: DKK -57.7 million compared to DKK -57.7 million last
     year.
  -- Profit after tax: DKK -42.1 million compared to DKK -43.6 million last
     year.
  -- Number of guests as of 30 June 2013: 1.191,000 compared to 1.230,000 guests
     as of 30 June 2012.



”The first six months show a revenue increase of almost DKK 9 million which is
primarily due to the the new activities with tivolicasino.dk. However, Tivoli's
second quarter of 2013 was marked by the worst weather conditions in April for
many years resulting in a reduced number of visitors compared with the same
period last year. Nevertheless, Tivoli's results before tax are identical to
the first six months of 2012,” says Claus Dyhr, Tivoli's CFO and continues: 

”On the other hand, the weather in July was good, and on the whole Tivoli
celebrates its 170th anniversary today, 15th August, with satisfaction. The
extension of The Merry Corner with the amusement ride Aquila as the flagship
has been well received, and we maintain the previously announced expectations
for 2013 for a profit before tax of around DKK 30-40 million.” 



Outlook for 2013

The expectations of a profit before tax at DKK 30-40 million are maintained at
the announced level.
