The Supervisory Board of Tivoli A/S has considered and adopted the Annual Report for 2013 at a board meeting on 19 March 2014. Results for the year in outline: -- Attendance figures: 4,200,000 visitors compared to 4, 033,000 last year -- Revenue including tenants and lessees: DKK 1,144.8 million compared to DKK 1,124.9 million last year -- EBIT: DKK 44.4 million compared to DKK 47.2 million last year -- Profit before tax: DKK 42.6 million compared to DKK 41.7 million last year -- Profit after tax: DKK 37.0 million compared to DKK 31.4 million last year “A profit before tax of DKK 42.6 million corresponds to the expectations we announced. The number of visitors of 4.2 million is the best since 2004, which shows that the development is still positive. Especially the numbers of visitors to Tivoli at Halloween and Christmas, along with the high level of satisfaction among our visitors, show that the initiatives in recent years have made Tivoli more attractive. We intend to follow that trend in the coming years," says Lars Liebst, Tivoli's CEO. Expectations for 2014 The weather and other external events may considerably influence Tivoli's business and thus the development in the profit of the year. 2014 is expected to see a revenue and a profit before tax on a par with 2013. Tivoli opens on 10 April with the newly refurbished Roller Coaster on the occasion of its 100th anniversary. Besides, there is a full cultural programme including both free experiences and concerts and shows with entrance fees.
