Subsequent Event	20. SUBSEQUENT EVENT On November 29, 2011, the Company entered into a new lease for 31,360 square feet to replace the current San Diego lease. The lease will commence June 1, 2012 and expire May 31, 2018. See Note 12 for additional information.
