MAJOR CUSTOMERS For the three months ended December 31, 2014, revenues from three customers accounted for 23%, 15% and 13% of total revenues, respectively, with no other single customer accounting for more than 10% of revenues. At December 31, 2014, accounts receivable from two customers accounted for 38% and 24% of total accounts receivable, respectively, with no other single customer accounting for more than 10% of the accounts receivable balance. For the three months ended December 31, 2013, revenues from one customer accounted for 11% of total revenues, with no other single customer accounting for more than 10% of revenues. At December 31, 2013, accounts receivable from four customers accounted for 31%, 19%, 11%, and 10% of total accounts receivable, respectively, with no other single customer accounting for more than 10% of the accounts receivable balance.
