Deposits for inventory

Deposits for inventory consisted of cash payments to vendors for inventory to be delivered in the future.

Prepaid insurance consisted of premiums paid for health, commercial and corporate insurance. These premiums are amortized on a straight-line basis over the term of the agreements.

Foreign currency forward contract asset

August 2020,

in connection with the acquisition of Amika Mobile (see Note

Basis of Presentation and Significant Accounting Policies), the Company entered into a foreign currency forward contract to mitigate the foreign currency exchange risk associated with the purchase price that was denominated in Canadian dollars. The Company estimates the fair values of the foreign currency forward contract asset using current market rates with changes in fair value recorded in the consolidated statements of operations.
