Wie das Unternehmen mitteilte, sind entsprechende Vertraege am 23. Juni unterzeichnet worden. Die IST besitzt langjaehrige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung innovativer Plasmasysteme fuer die Oberflaechenbearbeitung. Seit der Gruendung im Jahre 1995 konnten so neben zahlreichen Kernpatenten eine Reihe Plasma-Anwendungen entwickelt werden, deren Markteinfuehrung bereits erfolgt ist oder kurz bevorsteht. Waehrend die Niederdruck-Plasma-Systeme der TePla die Hafteigenschaften ganzer Koerper verbessern, entwickelt die IST Systeme mit denen eine partielle Plasma-Behandlung von Oberflaechen moeglich ist. Mit dem erweiterten Technologiespektrum kann die TePla AG als Komplettanbieter Loesungen fuer alle industriellen Problemstellungen im Bereich der Plasma-Oberflaechentechnik liefern. Im Zuge der geplanten Ausweitung in den USA soll diese Technologie weltweit vermarktet werden. ————————————————- The TePla AG, Kirchheim/Munich, is taking over 100 per cent of the shares of the IST Instant Surface Technology S.A., Yverdon, Switzerland. As the company announced today, the contracts have been signed on June 23rd. The company IST has many years of experience in the development of innovative plasma-systems for surface treatment. Since the establishment in the year 1995 numerous core patents as well as a number of plasma-applications were developed, with the introduction to the market already having taken place or approaching soon. While the low pressure plasma systems of TePla improve the detention characteristics of whole bodies, IST develops systems, which make a partial plasma-treatment of surfaces possible. With the extended technology spectrum, TePla is able to offer total solutions for all industrial requirements. With the planned US-expansion, these technologies are to be marketed worldwide.
