Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events On July 16, 2012, the Company amended its operating lease agreement by extending the term of its current facility lease in Sunnyvale, California, for an additional 36 months through December 31, 2015. Base monthly rent is $57,542 for 2013, $59,246 for 2014 and $60,952 for 2015.
