On 22 December 2009, the Carl Ejler Rasmussen & Co. Group notified TK
Development that the Group had acquired shares in TK Development A/S via its
subsidiary, Carl Ejler Rasmussen Holding Sweden AB. Accordingly, the Group now
has a total shareholding in TK Development A/S of 1,402,500 shares, equal to
5.00 % of the share capital.
