Subsequent Events	Note 15. Subsequent Events Management has evaluated subsequent events through the date of issuance of the consolidated financial statements included herein. Other than the items disclosed herein, there have been no subsequent events that occurred during such period that would require disclosure in this Form 10-K or would be required to be recognized in the Consolidated Financial Statements as of and for the year ended September 30, 2024. On October 1, 2024, the Company consummated the acquisition of approximately 80% of the equity of The National Security Group, an Alabama based insurance holding company (“NSG”). NSG is a nationwide underwriter of life, accident, and health insurance. In addition, NSG is a specialty underwriter of property and casualty insurance throughout the southeast, other than Florida and Louisiana. The Company has entered into a contract with NSG to manage a portion of its investment assets.
