Note 9. Fee Income

 

Fee income consists of amendment fees, prepayment penalty and other miscellaneous fees which are non-recurring in nature, as well as administrative agent fees, which are recurring in nature. The following table summarizes the Company’s fee income for the three and six months ended March 31, 2025 and 2024 (dollars in thousands):
