Subsequent Events	(18) Subsequent Events The Company entered into a new lease for facility located in Oakland, California with a commencement date to be determined upon completion of work to be performed by the landlord. The term of the lease is for 62 months from the commencement date with an option of the Company to terminate the lease after 39 months if certain conditions are met. The rent will be approximately $25,000 per month and the facility will be utilized for our MAR business.
