On December 10, 2012, BioPorto carried through a capital increase, see company
announcement no. 26 of the same date, and the Company has received the full
subscription amount. NASDAQ OMX Copenhagen has just announced that the shares
will be admitted to trading on December 12, 2012. Thus, the Company is no
longer in a financial critical state, as announced in the company announcement
no. 21 of November 5, 2012.
