BioPorto A/S hereby announces that the publication date for the annual report
for 2012 will be changed from March 19, 2013 to March 25, 2013. 

The recently changed board of directors, see company announcement no. 7 of
February 26, 2013, is currently assessing the expectations for the company’s
activities in conjunction with possible financing solutions, hence the
postponement.
