NOTE 13 – EARNINGS PER SHARE

 

Basic earnings per share is calculated using our weighted-average outstanding common shares. Diluted earnings per share (reflecting the effect of all potentially dilutive securities – which are principally stock options and restricted stock grants) are calculated using our weighted-average outstanding common shares including the dilutive effect of stock awards as determined under the treasury stock method.
