Deferred Revenue	NOTE K – DEFERRED REVENUE From time to time, we enter into marine search services contracts associated with shipwreck and deep-sea mining projects. For each contract, revenue is recognized over the contractual period when services are performed as defined by the contract. The period of time a search project remains active varies but usually extends over several months and may be accelerated or extended depending upon operational factors. At June 30, 2011, we have a $3,857,108 marine service obligation that will be recognized as revenue over the period of time the contractual marine services are provided. At December 31, 2010, related to one marine search services contract, we had deferred revenue of $730,098.

Deferred revenue is a liability as of the balance sheet date related to a revenue producing activity for which revenue has not yet been recognized. Generally, an entity records deferred revenue when it receives consideration from a customer before achieving certain criteria that must be met for revenue to be recognized in conformity with GAAP.
